Nicki Rose of Regulatory Services, Cheshire West and Chester gave an informative
and entertaining talk at the NCBK March meeting on Trading Standards in general,
but with particular reference to sales of honey.

by members.
It is the responsibility of beekeepers to ensure that any products they make available
for sale, or as gifts, are adequately and appropriately labelled and conform with
the latest regulations.
